Directory of National Gulf Insurance Companies



The Gulf National Insurance and re-insurance companies have expressed sincere wishes to bolster and enhance co-operation and co-ordination in various areas of insurance activities, whether direct or re-insurance.
 
They have also shown great interest in consolidating insurance expertise and establishing necessary national cadres to work in this vital activity. This calls for creating a strong form of regional gathering, in much conformity with the aspirations of the GCC States.

It has been agreed in the meeting of the institutional ordinary general assembly held in Abu Dhabi on 31Jan93 to found the,
 "Co-Ordination Commission for gulf Insurance and Re-insurance Companies."
 
The constitution of this commission has also been endorsed in the same meeting.
 
The extra ordinary general assembly meeting held on 20/2/2008 has amended this constitution. It has been decided to raise the membership subscription fees to be as follows:

» AED7000 :-Membership fees payable once & immediately upon the acceptance of the member
» AED7000 :-Annual Subscription fee effective 2008

I am greatly pleased to present this first publication to hail the establishment of the commission six Term & GCC Insurance Companies.
 
We wish every success to the omission in realizing the objectives of the Gulf Insurance markets in particular and the Arab Insurance markets in general.
